Almost 10 years of professional experience in organizing, conducting and facilitating trainings of trainers (ToT) - Blended learning and digital content development, implementing Cooperative training, including TVET College Teachers and company workers, both on teaching strategies (i.e. outcome-based trainings) and on technical issues related to wood technology and carpentry (i.e. furniture construction and design, wood technology).
