Duties- Received in bound calls for ATM or Mobile Deposits. Assistant with helping customers by providing a good understanding of what has happened to their payroll or miscellaneous payments. Assist the customer with another copy of a check to them so the customer can re-deposit into there account. Also, assist to customers on how the procedure is for ordering original checks and when they will be able to receive it through the mail.
