Project: DAPPS (Decennial Applicant Personnel and Payroll System)/NRFU Shipping. Sr. PeopleSoft Tester

Description: Decennial Applicant Payroll Processing system (DAPPS)/NRFU Shipping, which is being used for the 2010 Census. The DAPPS system handles the entire payroll process for the 2010 Census, which includes Recruiting applicants, completing the HR transactions, Time entry and Payroll processing. The system has been designed to process payroll for 800,000 employees during the Census 2010. The DAPPS system uses PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1/9.0 for testing of PeopleSoft Support cases and Tax updates and patches project (PeopleSoft Payroll, T&L, Core HR, Recruitment and Position Management Modules).

Responsibilities:

Created functional test scripts, test cases, test plans, for the following PeopleSoft modules: Recruitment, HR Processing, Time & Labor, Payrolls, Benefits & Administration, E-Verify, NRFU Shipping, Reporting Tools, People Tools and Security.

Analyzed System Requirement Specs (SRS), design documents, CSRs (Customer Service Requests) and prepare test strategy.
