Lead Maintenance Worker

City of Temecula - Temecula, CA

December 1999 to December 2021

Maintenance on all city parks electrical, plumbing and janitorial duties. General maintenance on walkway,

parking lot and building lights, changed out ballast or converted to LED lighting, troubleshooted electrical

shorts, changed out Gfi’s electrical outlets as needed. Plumbing, maintenance on outdoor drinking

fountains, public restrooms sinks, air control valves, flush valves, vacuum breakers and oil ring gaskets.

Set up and work all city held events. Pool certification for our pools and splash pad. Playground inspector,

operated a pontoon for the cities 2 pond/lakes, pm on Aerator pumps, changed out fins and cleaned

filters. Cleaned, disinfected and sanitized as needed all equipment used throughout the day as well as assigned facilities, play structure and exercise equipment basically anything touched by the public. Stripped and waxed floors, scrubbed tile floors and operated carpet cleaning machines as needed.Follow up on citizens' requests and complaints. Maintain inventory of all supplies needed for daily

operations. First responder and was on call every 6 weeks for after hour calls.

June 2016 to November 2017

Volunteer in the sterilization department watched over the sterilizing and labeling of hospital equipment,

assisted in disassembling medical instruments and washing down, delivered medical carts as needed to designated

areas in the hospital and took back used ones to wash stations. Sterilized and wiped down oxygen tanks, IV infusion pumps and any equipment

as needed.

Cellar worker, operated transfer air pumps for the transfer and filtration of wine, operated air bladders

to squeeze the juice out of grapes and then sending it to holding Tanks then adding additives to wine

as needed. Operated lift and topped off warehouses full of wine barrels on a weekly basis. General
