As a Journeyman Welder with Hyduke drilling there number one goal was to ensure a safe work place for everyone. We would have daily toolbox meetings before each shift plus morning stretches. We would then be designated to a specific task and start our day. Tasks as followed: Welding/grinding, overhead crane, rigging, bolt up and torquing to spec. We had to make sure all our welds were to code and repaired if they did not pass inspection.
