Developing architectural design solutions based on architectural design principles and presenting these designs including conceptual & architectural designs, master plans / layout plans & detail of elevations, for proposed projects to SBUs, providing any required data to external consultants for getting the project approved by the development authorities

Coordinating the project work with client for finalizing the design as per their requirements and providing coordinated set of drawings(Arch. MEP & Civil) and BOQ to contractors during initial handing over of the project

Joining the initial handing over committee, reviewing the final quantities, changing orders, preparing the initial handing over re- port and final payments, resolving operational problems related to projects and minimizing delays & unexpected cost increase

Monitoring & controlling projects w.r.t. cost, time & quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects as per client’s requirements

Engaging in vendor drawings review, Project specification preparation and BOQ preparation
