This job is a fuel system company where as a team we have to meet a certain number of tubes a day . Each person would be assigned to a station and we would make two first pieces where we would load our tubes into the machine with our connectors and sign out and the machine would spit out the parts and the connectors would be connected to the tube and we would test it and look for any defects in the parts and if the part is good we would sit it in the bin and if it was a bad part we would give it to the quality inspector and they would destroy it.

NorthGate is a boxing company for General Motors and Ford. The team leader runs there own team which contains 5 other people each person has there own job and station. The team leader usually arrives a hour before the other team members get into work to make sure they are set up with the first build that they will be making they would go onto the computer and look up what they are going to be doing after getting set up the team leader would start prepping out the material that is needed for the build and making enough for 5 racks. The team leader shows the other team member what they are supposed to be doing on the box and where the insert are going they have a log to fill out and it must be a supervisor and quality inspector over there when you are doing a first piece so that it can be right the first time. After the build is complete the team leader turns the paperwork into the supervisor then carry on with other builds but the team leader also cleans up area before leaving and also make sure every team member is being a team player and they also report any problems back to the supervisor.
