I'm required after boxes are filled with product, and taped to stack them expeditiously and neatly on specified pallet. Setting the pallet in a way with the space provided for the pallet jack worker to haul off, as well as, place a thin layer of cardboard on it before placing boxed product on them. Occasionally having to re-tape boxes because the machine malfunctions, and occasionally put labels on boxes all while maintaining the speed required to keep the line from backing up. Since being there I have trained several new employees and earned an employee of the month certificate. Other supervisors have taken notice of me and given me opportunities to work in their department. I'm a stickler for fulfilling the days quota and often push on a good day getting to the orders of second shift.

Greet customers kindly, give exact change, and occasionally assist the pivot and cook if necessary. Keep products stocked when running low: gravy, mash potatoes, greens, green beans etc. Also due voids and returns and keep registers with proper amount and wash dishes with general cleaning at closing. Prevented employees from stealing money due to integrity possessed that the regional manager seen in me and gave key access to the safe in case sometimes we would get busy and the change in the store deplete I would resort to the safe to switch out tomorrows register if needed that night. Specifically confiding that those present while working there were robbing him blind, due to my hire things of that nature ceased and sells went back up as well. Saving hundreds of dollars to the store due to prevention.
