JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To supervise, monitor and execute roads, sewerage and Quality control.

To arrange the laboratory & purchase the lab: equipments as required.

To check the barrow areas by taking samples & testing as per specifications requirements to follow Procedure mention in specifications.

To take the samples from barrow areas for proctor, P.I, gradation & C.B.R tests.

To take the samples for group analysis.

To make the approved barrow areas for embankment with wooden pegs.

To check the materials from road embankment time for quality control i.e. P.I, proctor, C.B.R as Mentioned in specification and satisfactions of seniors.

To take samples from pledge of SUB-BASE & Agg: Base Coarse as per required quality tests.

To prepare the mix designed for different class of concrete as mention in drawing/ specification for quality control.

To check the slump from site to control the water cement ratio.

To check the cylinder for concrete & crushed for 7/days & 28/days for checking the required strength Achieving.

To take the samples for fine/coarse aggregate material used in J.M.F for quality control.

To take the samples from stock bitumen for quality test as required.

To prepare J.M.F (job mix formula) for asphalt as designed in specification.
