Since FEB 1992 to May 2013 Worked as “ Executive Electrial” IN RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED INIDA Operation of 85MW closed cycle power plant AND From May 2013 to 31 Dec 2015 worked as “SUPERVISOR POWER SYSTEM” IN YANBU ARAMACO SINOPEC REFINING COMPANY LIMITED IN YANBU SAUDI”

I had worked from commissioning Stage in Reliance Industries Ltd Petrochemical division Power plant of 85MW capacity, (Three gas turbine 20MW each and one steam turbine of 25MW). Two years handle Nagothane division township maintenance. Was in commissioning team for Reliance petrol pump commissioning in Nagpur region. Commissioning of four Reliance (COCO company own company operated) petrol pump.

From May 2013 upto Dec 2016 worked for commissioning of power system of YASREF. Worked Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining company limited as Shift Supervisor Power system. Looking after power distribution of refining plant. GIS substation, Power distribution and trouble shooting of 380KV/34.5KV/13.8KV/4.16KV/480V.

In YASREF and RIL was permit issuer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Worked as incharge of power system of refining plant of Yanbu aramaco Sinopec refining company Yanbu Saudi

Completed commissioning of YASREF.

Maintain and repair general and complex wiring systems.

Inspect electrical equipment to determine the extent of repairs required using test equipment such as Voltmeters, Ammeters, Meggers, Meter-shunts, Clamp-on instruments.

Remove and install Electric Motors, Repair and Adjust Contactors and Controllers. - Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on electrical equipment.

Diagnose and Understand Motor Problems; including winding, rotor and connection formations and make necessary repairs.

Understand Motor Operational Parameters, Short circuit protection, starting, overload protection (BMR), direct on line and starting.

Troubleshoot Complex Control circuits including interlocks, timing circuits, input/output functions.

Conduct all Necessary Tests and Submit Associated inspection reports, as required in the implementation.

Make verbal or written reports regarding conditions or problems encountered on job assignments.

As Shift In-charge of Power plant. Make co ordination with Grid supply, Control room operator, main substation and down line 12 substation, Electrical Supervisor.

Monitoring Sub Station technicians activity Like Reading, Meggering of Electrical Equipments, Current Measuring whenever required to check Overloading, Transformer Reading & Observation, Closed Watch on Sub Station Equipment like HT / LT Switchboards, PCC, MCC, EMCC Battery Chargers, Battery Bank, UPS, Lighting Distribution Board.

Taking Charge by Previous Shift & giving Charge to Next Shift In charge with Detail Reports in Verbal & Written. What activity / jobs Completed & what jobs going on.

Lock out and Tag Out with full safety, work permit issuing

Supervise & Guidance to Contract Workers Job. Twenty four technicians. Taking care there safety also to check whether they are using or not Personal Protective equipment & safety precautions.
