Hobbies and interest

I was responsible for RC (reinforced concrete) building reinforcement in every public building, University, school, and Athletic facility which became mandatory. The taxpayer's funds were allocated to those projects so that people can evacuate in case of a large earthquake in Japan. We used a chemical archer to install a 16mm diameter bolt into the RC building beam, column, and walls to build up extra reinforcement structures. Construction manager Japan April 2000 - 2015

During 2500 NM, a large log hit us at night and shuttered its keel, and had to negotiate with insurance to fix it in 2 days to sail back to Cape Town. I learned that it is an important skill to co-living together no matter what happens with other crews in such a confined space for 4 weeks.
