OBJECTIVE:

A part-time, work-at-home position, with flexible hours, employing my skills as a customer service representative in a demanding position with telephone contact, email and chat to communicate with customers and solve their problems. Very experienced in dealing with all types of people in many situations. Great rapport with everyone.

EDUCATION:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Prior to 2009: Twelve years’ Arizona litigation work experience included medical malpractice, labor law, civil litigation, class action and immigration work. I have assisted through transcription in the preparation of medical malpractice discovery, disclosure and pleadings. My strengths include getting documents prepared in a speedy and timely basis for court filing deadlines. I have transcribed and prepared many court filing documents for massive class action suits, mostly relative to bank fees, and have handled general correspondence for immigration paperwork as well.

In the more recent past I have been a work-at-home customer service agent, mainly in the insurance area. Please note, however, my time working onsite for Eqiq Global in Tempe, AZ doing document review before the COVID-19 pandemic ended that position for me.

Dec. 2021 2022 Sabre Hospitality Solutions, work at home. Booking hotel reservations, answering property questions, performing cancellations and modifications for both high-end and extended stay hotels.

Feb. 2019 – Mar. 2020 – Epiq Global, Tempe, AZ. Performed legal document review for large-scale projects, mainly to protect vulnerable clients from hacking. Reviewed a variety of document types looking for finer details and possible information leaks. Clients included many hospitals and software companies.

Broadpath Solutions - 2018 AEP season, work-at-home. Marketed Medicare health insurance plans for a large Pennsylvania carrier during open enrollment season. Handled diverse number of calls and situations to aid customers in purchasing new Medicare supplemental insurance to begin in 2019.

Willis Towers Watson - 2016 and 2017 Medicare AEP seasons. Trained in 2016 for Medicare sales and in 2017 as a Medicare customer service representative. Willis Towers Watson represents a considerable number of health insurance carriers for the retired employees of large corporations. I have a great understanding of how the whole process works.
