My coworkers come to me for guidance on work-related matters and occasionally even personal struggles. I've always been chosen to help with newly launched training sessions, answering any queries those attending could have about performing their jobs correctly. My ability to assist coworkers and even other supervisors allowed me to be chosen for a supervisor role.
I am a trustworthy worker who is constantly searching for ways to do tasks more effectively. I can take constructive criticism well if it is offered to me, and I listen and take in any information that is imparted to me. I heed advice given to me and implement it into my regular work operations as needed. I have always given my all to my work, and I will continue to do so because I am very committed to my role. I was picked by my supervisor to answer support calls in their absence while I worked as a customer service representative during supervisor meetings.
