Work Experience
Truck Loader
Harbor Freight Tools - Chicago, IL
February 2023 to June 2023
From early February of 2023 to mid June of 2023 I worked the dock floors of Harbor Freight. My main responsibilities consumed me of organizing a team of two or three each day; to load the scheduled trucks. Sometimes i operated alone depending on personal; but as a lead loader i was tasked with helping other trucks finish on time everyday. I safely operated and set up conveyor belts, used electric pallet jacks and manuals. Precisely loading a truck was very important for obvious logistics reasons. It required a lot of physicality and leadership all throughout the night on my behalf, including making sure paperwork matched each truck and those of others. I learned a lot about this company in my short time here; and i look forward to bringing my skill set to my next opportunity. Lumper
