●Review detail engineering work packages with technical specification, drawings to determine the scope of work, established bid winning comprehensive estimates for shop fabrication and site constructions

●Perform site visits/investigation if needed, generated site execution plan with strategy/work steps

●Prepare direct and indirect labor man-hours estimates including overheads based on the scope of work as per company’s standard and align with baseline schedule.
