I have seen all and deal with many different types of patients. I have experience to care for patients with Heart conditions

(hypertension, vascular disease, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and coronary artery disease), Dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, Depression Incontinence, (urine and stool) Arthritis Osteoporosis, Diabetes Breathing problems, Frequent falls, which can lead to fractures, Parkinson's disease, Cancer, Eye problems cataracts, glaucoma, Muscular Degeneration, and disable such as patients on wheelchairs. I believe that caring for the elderly is a calling and one must have passion and patience to be a good caregiver. Summary Skills: My first experience as a Home Health Aid started with my uncle-father who suffered with chronic illness and I was only 16 years old. There was no one to take care of him. I decided to take care of my uncle, I cleaned my uncle and took him to see his doctor regularly. I make sure I cook for my grand-father, feed him well, dress him and follow his doctor’s advice on the best way for him to take his medication. There used to be a nurse coming home all the time to take care of my uncle. There I watched what the nurse had been doing help my dad with his kidney disease. Sometimes, I watched and managed to help the nurses to plug the dialysis machine. There, I developed the passion for the profession. Helping my uncle was a calling for me to become a nurse. I decided to attend school and became a Phlebotomist Tech.

EXPERIENCES: 2008-2010, Work for Hospital of Haiti as a Registered Nurse in Haiti. I gained more experiences working with several types of patients. My duties include, checking patient lives, and making sure patients take their medication on time. Assist patients with the physician orders .Sometimes call the Physician when patients need help. Alway take vitals signs, and administer medication; then, oral, IV, IM, and topic. I deliver babies and take care of pregnant women.

Migration's Office this is a state office. It was working together with the general Hospital. When the repatriates came back to their country that office received and gave them the first care and sent them to the general Hospital. Currently pursuing the Degree of RN from Broward Community College. Although I graduated with my RN degree in Haiti. However, I am also focusing on gaining more education background from the United States. The courses that I am pursuing at Broward College are: Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Psychology, Sociology, Chemistry, Biology, and Biodiversity.

1992-1996, Graduated from Haiti School with the degree of Registered Nurse from the Med Education Center. Maintain an average of 3.5 GPA. Rank one of the best students in the class. Attended Academy Association Lab Nurses and got the degree as a Phlebotomist Tech.

1992- 1994, Hospital HaÏti Good Samaritan as a volunteer iPhlebotomist Technician.

2010, UNICEF I was working after the earthquake in Campus with deserted children. That means the children lost their home and the family during the event. The Organizaton had been enjoying them until their parents came in to get them. 2011, Attended, FLC ACADEMY, graduated as a nursing assistant. Currently working on getting the board exam to gain the license as a CNA. 2012-2016, Pizza Hut I was working as a prep, a cook and sometimes I take order 2016, Attended, Institut Vocational Nursing, as a Phlebotomist Tech, took a board exam, so I have my Certificate.

2015-2017,Barbara's Assisted Living Facilities. This is Home's Group Care I assisted the total care patients with activity daily livings (ADLs), oxygen,breathing treatment, transfering, ambulating feeding, bed pan, catheter, output input, reinforced dressing, changing position and housekeeping, medication. 2017-2021, Sonata assisted Living Facility. I was working as a Resident Assistant and Med Tech. Taking orders and serving meals dishes and housekeeping and help them with medication.

2019- 2020, Bookplace Solution: I was working as a Mobile Phlebotomist Technician In the facilities. 8/2019_10/2020.

2021-2022. BioReference I am working in the facilities cruise boats as a Travel Phlebotomist Technician 07/2021-03/2022.

Other Skills: I have excellent knowledge about computers, I have the experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, Acrobat, SPSS, and the internet for research. Able to communicate effectively via the network. Volunteer Work: Working for the World people Care daily to help individuals to pass the board of nursing exam as a CNA, able to teach others the skills that are necessary to become the best caregiver.
