I have approximately 30 years of forklift experience with various types of forklifts. I am mechanically inclined. I have been mig welding for over 20 years, mostly as a hobby building race cars and demolition derby cars, and 5 years as a profession. 9/26/2022 to Present: Rivian—Normal, IL

Battery Quality

• Measure battery submodules and modules length and width with straight edge, feeler gauge and caliper.

• Check cells visually for any damage.

• Inspect modules for discoloration and potting presence on both side of battery module.

• Ensure there are no air bubbles or separation in potting mixture.

• Check thermistor depth with thermistor gauge

• Log all measurements and weights into Excel spreadsheets.

• Escalate and flag module with tape when a failure is present-noting failed measurements and/or weights. 4/4/2022 to 9/23/2022: Stream Innovations—Cincinnati, OH @ Rivian—Normal, IL

• Designed and build flow rack and parts racks for manufacturing lineside.

• Used Kaizen to build racks to make workflow and workstations on lineside more functional and more ergonomically correct.

• Delivered racks to appropriate lineside locations throughout Rivian plant. 6/28/2021 to 4/3/2022: Vonachen Services, Inc (VSI)--Peoria, IL @ Rivian—Normal, IL Material Handler (forklift operator)

• Remove empty pallets from facility and take to the proper locations.

• Take recyclable material from all over the facility and take to the back to be sorted to be recycled. 3/1/2021 to 6/25/2021: CNH Industrial--Goodfield, IL Material Handler (forklift operator)

• Move finished and painted parts, frames, hitches and implements using forklift from paint line to staging areas both inside and outside factory.

• Break down pallets and cardboard.

9/14/2020 to 2/22/2021: Mickey Truck Bodies--Bloomington, IL Welder Fabricator/Trailer repair and installation

• Trailer repair and parts installed are on Mickey aluminum beverage trailers and semi box trailers.

• Repair cracked welds on trailers with mig welder or aluminum spool gun.

• Replace damaged or broken parts with fabricated parts or pieces and replace paneling on inside of trailer.

• Remove and install liftgates on semi box trailers. Install and hook up hydraulic hose for liftgate pumps.

• Remove and install overhead doors on semi-trailers.

• Prep aluminum trailers for paint using Orbital DA sanders. 4/15/2019 to 9/04/2020: Morton Buildings--Morton, IL Welder Fabricator/Trailer repair/fabrication

• Strip trailers of wood, old wiring, lights, spare tire, toolboxes and tires and wheels

• Cut out rusted and damaged parts on trailer with Air-arc, plasma cutter, acetylene torch, or cut-off wheel/grinder.

• Repair cracked or broken welds as needed.

• Replace suspension as needed.

• Repair or replace 5th wheel and jack as needed.

• Fabricate replacement parts for trailer repair with band saw, plasma cutter or chop saw.

• Weld replacement parts and updated parts onto trailers with mig welder as needed. 2/5/2018 to 3/19/2019: VIP/ADI Distributing--Bloomington, IL Tire and Wheel Assembler/Warehouse/Delivery Driver

• Dismount transit and core tires from dealer/factory rims.

• Mount TPMS sensors and tires onto dealer ordered rims.

• Put GM parts away in warehouse in their proper locations.

• Pull parts orders to be loaded onto trucks for deliveries.

• Take completed parts out of fixtures and place onto pallets or into baskets.

• Set weld bay up for next build.

• Using an RF Scanner, pull parts for welders to be welded.

• Deliver parts to the welder’s bays for welding.

• Take racks and or weld jigs to the appropriate weld bays for welding.

• Take completed welded parts out of weld bays and deliver to next location in the build process.

• Unload flatbed trailers of raw materials.

• Place parts to be welded onto weld fixtures/jigs.

Welder/Fabricator (Moved back to Illinois)

• Repair flatbed trailers.

• Using an Air Arc and or torch. Cut out rusted out floors, side panels and frames to be repaired.

• Cut new pieces using a Plasma cutter, band saw or break sheer.

• Weld new pieces onto trailer.

• Cut truck frames to shorten or to lengthen and move axle assemblies to proper location for fabrication. Education:
