Unit Coordinator/Nursing Assistant

Hello, I would love to inform/share whomever this may come upon. My experiences within healthcare have been considered extremely meaningful to me and my family. Not only have I experienced front line working conditions I have also worked beside many different types of healthcare professionals who gave men strength to keep my passion in health. Knowing who I am as a person has been a learning target for me to stay striving and having huge considerations in receiving further education for higher positions to care for people. There were many techniques and skills I was introduced to while working in a hospital and most of them were even out of my job classification and with lower compensation range. Though it was stressful I am very appreciative of these situations and can only grow from them as well as work under the same amount of pressure or more. Knowing how teamwork and kindness went into effect in all of it was a big stance in resolving any problems that came unexpectedly. I am willing to take on tasks required in a position I am given to go above and beyond my own and others expectations.
