EDUCATION

•Secondary Education from DAV Senior Secondary School, Sunam India.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

•Working as a Machine setter in Primed Medical Products manufacturing Ltd, Cambridge, Ontario from 25 May 2021 – 22 December 2023.

•6-month experience with Sutrin Inc. Cambridge as a production operator and packer.

•6- months Line worker experience in Shearer’s foods Guelph as a machine operator,

•5-month experience in Eclipse Innovation in Cambridge as a production operator and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities performed as a Machine Setter;

•Helping production supervisor in documentation and also with special projects.

•Training new Team members following health & safety standards.

•Resolving any issues occur in production.

•Communicating with the partner and operators

•Moving finished goods from lines to the designated areas.

•Ordering materials from warehouse when needed.

• Weekly cleaning of all fans at ultrasonic welders, under ear loop machines

and verify properly functioning of covers, doors and guards.

•Recording machines issues as a communication tool to the other shift.

•Collecting garbage and recycles at end of shift.

•Helping operators in overflows and running lines with them during break times.

•Ensures to follow the GDP, Quality, CRAFT and 5S Practices.

• Adjusting pressure in the machine welding areas.

•Performing changeovers and recording LOT numbers for Traceability
