Chris Li has twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry covering the architectures for enterprise systems to pervasive device applications and IT strategy to projects implementation. His accomplishments include managing technical teams in around the world to build up a business from 0 to more than $600 million in 4 years, merging two culturally opposite teams into a team that generated $117 million in the first year, leading the world’s largest customer information integration project, authoring the IBM architecture blueprint. Recently, he turned around two airlines accounts (Turkish Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways) that were at the edge of kicking IBM out of the account and maintained a healthy relationship. At Cathay Pacific, Chris also managed to sign more than $17M contracts in 7 months and maintained the revenue at $20M/year even when the client is struggling financially. Chris has a rich background within IBM and has worked in GBS, SWG, STG, S&D and Marketing. He has expansive eCommerce experience from doing performance testing for Olympics and Sears, rescuing an online only retailer in Sweden, to designing for the cutting edge site for dynamic promotion and cross channel retailing. • Designed and developed the solution for all the Insurance CRM related and Siebel integration engagements. The solution was brought to many companies in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia and South Africa. The revenue generated for IBM exceeded $117.5 million US dollars. Because of our contribution to Siebel integration, Siebel created 9 demo centers to host our solution. It is also hosted in different strategic IBM demo centers in around the world.

• Performed stress testing for Winter Olympics 1998 electronic mail system which consists of a Domino server on a SP. The message is sent through a Java applet in a Netscape browser.
