Starcon at Chevron Phillips Baytown UPS Contractor TA Material Lead 5/1/23 – 10/16/23

Play as a key member of the TA Warehouse team and work directly with the Nights Material Manager to Lead the Contractor UPS in their Material Needs. Rather that be Pulling, Issuing, Loading, Unloading, & Coordinating Material. Handled and executed a rollover with my counterpart on days during TA Execution. During Pre-TA played an essential Role in the Kit-In Team; kitting material by job step, verifying material to spec, documenting, and updating in SAP. (Overall, TA cost 121.1 Million; Material 24 Million)

Starcon at Chevron Phillips Baytown TA Kitter/Expeditor & SAP Updates Specialist 8/21 – 5/22

Received, Kitted, & staged incoming material. Delivered Material Safely to the field utilizing a Stake Bed and or Pickup Truck. Coordinated pickups and drop offs to field and TA Warehouse. Coordinated Hot shots on an order-to-order basis. Went through SAP Training to be able to work in; PO’s, Reservations, Material Functions, Work Orders, and Staging Material (Chevron Custom Transaction)

Turner at Ascend Performance Materials Chocolate Bayou TA Materials Startup Group 11/18 – 8/19

Assist in creating a system for TA materials; surplus, overflow, planning, scheduling, kitting, bag/tag, order, and staging all while maintaining and promoting a safe environment. Address any issues, concerns, or complications for an efficient and effective work environment. Also assisting in creating a process for logistically, getting material from the warehouse (storage location) to the jobs site. Site has shut down every 4-6 months. I was part of a small team of 4 for this job role. I worked alongside a supervisor as a lead to the small group.

Austin Industrial at Kuraray America Pasadena Commission/TA Materials/Labor Foremen 12/16 – 7/17

Supervise 4 – 8 employees: Train, discipline, separation. This was a brand new site. I was brought on to assist with commissioning and the first TA ever for this site. Maintain, and manage stores, Satellite yards. Be a leader and share my knowledge and experience with the team for a successful commission, TA, and Start Up. Lead, and control all of Labor Crew needs critical or not. Work with other contractors. Maintain storeroom parts for the site while being organized. Maintain high safety and service standards for my labor group. Ensure maximum utilization of space, inform when parts were issued/or needed to be restocked. Work with planners and schedulers. Ensure all materials follow Kuraray Specifications. Report to Superintendent. Bag and tag for jobs getting ready to be worked on weeks in advance. Record keep daily in and out of material, both stores, and deliveries. Implement and sustain the 5S Method in storeroom/Satellite Yards. Work with operations, admin, and maintenance on their Labor Crew Needs. Ensure count is accurate on all ends for storeroom.

Various Material Expeditor Roles: Repcon & Turner; 9/19 – 12/19, 7/18 – 10/18, 2/18, 1/16 – 2/16, 3/15 – 4/15, 12/14 – 2/15, 2/14 – 6/14, 7/13 – 10/13

Responsible for the timely movement of goods from one location to another. Working with a variety of different companies across various crafts. Ensure materials and supplies get where they need to be on time and in good condition. Received and checked in material trucks. Flagged and tagged piping for field. Pulled pick tickets and delivered materials to field. Some SAP here.

Various Tool Room Roles: Turner, Repcon, & Tepsco; 8/17 – 10/17, 9/16 – 11/16, 6/14 – 10/14, 2/11 – 4/11, 9/08 – 1/09

Help Store, Control, and Maintain company’s valuable tools and equipment in a central location(s). Run Microsoft Spreadsheets for material tracking. Label Tools and Bins they go in. Send out tools/Equipment for Service/Repairs when needed. Maintain stock of consumables for tools and equipment. Report to Warehouse Manager. Secure Tools and track inventory for issued out tools. Make sure the right tools are issued for the job to complete safe, efficiently and to the quality needed. Inspect Tools and Safety Equipment In my possession on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Bump Test Monitors.

Various Helper I/Firewatch Roles: Turner, Lott, & Shamrock; 6/11 – 5/13, 5/08 – 8/08, 11/07 – 5/08

Assist Craftsmen with Manual Labor. Led a small team of other helpers to accomplish small mental and effort tasks. Provided a service for a clean environment. Did various activities such as Clean/organize the shop, Transport objects, assist in performing routine maintenance repairs, input on JSA’s/STA’s. Patrol and monitor hot work area for fire hazards. Follow conditions and requirements stated on permit. Assist in filling out a permit. Keep ALL Flammables away from ignition source. Raise alarm and inform all on job site if a fire hazard had or can arise in a work situation. Basic Fire Extinguisher use. I was responsible for these peoples lives. Picked up timesheets for foremen and deliveries from the front gates. Delivered materials to warehouses. Escorted vehicles around site safely in and out of site.

Warehouse Role: Flour Daniels Port Arthur; 6/09 – 7/10

Controlled Warehouse and Laydown Yards. Received Trucks incoming material and staged in yard and/or warehouse. Pulled Pick Tickets and filled orders. Flagged and tagged Materials to be pulled in yard via crane/forklift/extended boom. Assisted in deliver materials to unit. Verified Pipe Spools.

SKILLS: Extremely Knowledgeable in several areas of Materials, able to use SAP, and Microsoft Programs. 25 years+ Chemical plant experience. Forklift Trained, and Flat Bed capabilities.
