From your iPhone or Android device, go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search “eHub” and install the free app.
• Select “Register/Forgot Password”.
• Enter your Employee Number as the “User ID” and eHub.aus.com as the “eHub Website”.
• Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification.
• Set your password. See details around password requirements below.
• Create a PIN that enables you to login quickly when reopening the app.

WHAT CAN I USE EHUB FOR?
• Can’t view your paystub – Paystubs are not available on eHub until Wednesday prior to payday
• Can’t logon – you must type in ehub.aus.com for the eHub website address
• Don’t have a smart phone – access eHub web in from your computer.
• In your web browser, go to https://eHub.aus.com/.
• Under the “Register” section enter your employee number and click Register
• Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification and register
• Set your password, see details around password requirements from the first page

Today everyone is trying to go green…and so are we! Effective immediately, Allied Universal is making your paycheck stub available by our secure employee self-service portal and mobile app.
Accessing via your mobile app
• From your iPhone or Android device, go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play
(Android) and search “eHub” and install the free app.
• Select “Register/Forgot Password”.
• Enter your User ID (Employee Number). See above for your User ID (Employee Number).
• Enter eHub.aus.com as the “eHub Website”
• Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification.
• Set your password. See details around password requirements below.
• Create a PIN that enables you to login quickly when reopening the app. Accessing via the web
• Open web browser and go to https://ehub.aus.com
• Under Register, type in your User ID (Employee Number) and click on Register. See above for your User ID (Employee Number).
• Enter your date of birth date and Social Security Number. Click Continue.
• Enter a New Password that meets the requirements below and verify it by typing it in a second time. Click Login.

On the portal, full portal instructions will be available on the Home page.
• Viewing paystubs – Under Paychecks, click “View All”. Click on the paycheck number you’d like to see. Click the Download button to view and print your stub.
• Viewing a W2 – Under Tax Forms, click “View All”. Select the W2-Year you want to view or print by clicking on Document.
• Updating personal information – Click on “View Profile”. Click “Address Information”. Update your address and then click “Submit”. Then click on “Contact Information” Add or Update your contact or email information and then click “Submit”. ACCESSING PAY INFORMATION ON EHUB
