As 3rd in command I supervise fellow employees to ensure they are doing their workload. Help maintain employee morale. Set up big parties and dictate everyone’s station on a daily basis. Strategize and come up with new menu ideas. Responsible for closing the restaurant and making sure everything is put away correctly and neatly.
