OBJECTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Use chemical lubricants, solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints and special finishes

• Can look up/read/comprehend technical work instructions, drawings and/or specifications

• Using a computer workstation in a production environment

• Able to assemble and install parts, structural components and sub-assemblies to build and attach major wing assemblies. This includes sealing, plumbing system and electrical components. Working with composite/metal materials.

• Using drills and high impact vibratory tools (bucking, riveting), in addition to screwdrivers, lock bolt puller, power screwdriver, C-squeeze, ratchet wrench, nut runner, torque wrenches, crimpers, cable tools and various other hand tools

• Ensure cutters are the correct type, length, diameter, radius and are in good condition

• Set correct cutter gage length, check and adjust tool run-out and balance high speed cutters, as required.

• Load and unload cutters following program information or set-up documents, using tool holders, spindle tapers, hand tools (e.g., wrenches, mallets, spanners) and/or overhead cranes.

• Over 6 years of hands-on mechanic/mechanical skills experience working in construction.

• Highly skilled in performing high quality maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment

• Strong sheetrock repair and painting skills

• Able to provide clear, exact documentation, and work safely following established guidelines

• Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical repairs

• Profound ability to meet and exceed organizational expectations

• Experience leading continuous improvement projects through RCCA and RSPS
