●In 2021, our team worked closely to improve the narcotic waste and documentation practice process. We aimed to decrease narcotic documentation discrepancies by 3% and successfully achieved that goal, reducing the discrepancy rates from 4.2% to 1.7%

The outcome of this project was improved local survivability rates by 3% in 2016.
