●In 2021, our team worked closely to improve the narcotic waste and documentation practice process. We aimed to decrease narcotic documentation discrepancies by 3% and successfully achieved that goal, reducing the discrepancy rates from 4.2% to 1.7%

Met and coordinated workflow layouts with our partnering agencies, including the two largest fire departments in New Mexico, and developed a structured guide termed “Pit Crew CPR”, which was adopted into our local EMS protocols and still used to this date. The outcome of this project was improved local survivability rates by 3% in 2016.
