Please accept this letter as an offer for employment with N-Com, a division of John Staurulakis, LLC, in the capacity of Network Specialist/Engineer Core Edge Net, reporting to Bryan Hicks in our Lubbock, TX location. Your employment will be based on the following terms: Your starting annual salary will be $85,000 with a sign-on bonus of $5,000, which will be repayable if you voluntary terminate your employment prior to one year of service. You will be entitled to all the usual and customary benefits afforded company employees. In addition, JSI will recognize that you are entitled to two weeks (10 business days) vacation per year. Vacation accrual begins on your day of hire. Employees will not be eligible to use any leave within their first 90 days of employment, excluding floater days.

Please see the attached summary of JSI’s benefits. You will begin work on or about February 21, 2022. You will be eligible for an adjustment in annual salary in March 2023 based on a positive performance evaluation.

Please note that all new employees are subject to a background investigation (criminal, credit, education, and employment) paid for by JSI. Therefore, employment with JSI may be impacted based on any negative results obtained from the background investigation.
