EXPERIENCE:

Building Maintenance prior to, Commercial Maintenance (1988-1998): Pulte Home Corporation - Single Family, Towns, and Condo’s. Preformed customer service and punch list repairs as requested by the job site superintendent. Duties were; walk single family homes with the customer, and make a pre settlement list of repair items. In accordance with the now homeowners schedule for the end of the year list of repair items, after the house had settled. This would include, drywall repairs as needed, all visible nail pops (to include paint). Door issues, wall outlets, switches, lighting, drains, cabinet doors and drawers issues, deck boards, stair rails, windows, entry door locks, sinks and faucets. Answer any questions the homeowner may have. Explain the importance of winterizing outside hose bibs and demonstrate how.

Stanley Martin Company – Responsible for all presale defects inside and outside of the single family home and townhomes. Follow up with warranty end of year homeowners request for items to be repaired throughout the home. Restec Corporation – Was hired as a punch out and customer service representative. Duties included: all for service inside and outside of the newly purchased townhome. Addressed all complaints the homeowner had during the first year of occupancy. Ark Builders Incorporated – Was a very long standing restoration and remolding company in Historic Chevy Chase, Maryland. I was a carpenter’s apprentice, this was a first career starter for me. Personal

I have been married to the same wonderful woman since 1988. I enjoy outdoor activities, fishing, camping, Baseball. Hobbies include collecting sports cards, antiques and old automobile shows and air shows.

I am proud of my service in the Air Force Reserves. I served 21 years counting a one year delayed entry. I supported the 459th Maintenance Squadron in all major conflicts from 1987- 2007. Deployed Active Duty 04/2003 in support of Enduring Freedom/ Iraqi Freedom. I retired 2007 Honorably. I can easily say, I would do it all over again. If ever called to duty I would go with ease.
