Experienced Project Manager with a passion for the flooring Industry and by extension General Construction. I am hereby, applying for the advertised position within your company. With an Extensive experience going back more than 20 years, starting as an apprentice and being able to be involved in all aspects of commercial construction. My Career took off in the commercial flooring industry, but from time to time included other aspect of general commercial construction sector. Experience:

My Experiences are Very Extensive from inception to conclusion of any given project. Below are a view highlighted skills, but are not limited if not included.

-Assisting architects in design and layout (in some cases supervise mock ups for clients)

-Being part of Estimation Budgeting

-Job walk troughs with input as to the correct products/materials and la our required for each project and to match the given budget in the contract with the client.

-Ability to manage sub-contractors, crew and labor to ensure projects are completed with thin the time frame allotted.

-Plan, Coordinate, manage and execute projects from start to finish. My personal goal at completion to always have zero punch list as possible.

-Ability to read blue prints, adhere to projects time line and trouble shoot issues as required during the projects. Great at problem solving and team player.

-Can manage several projects, since I am very meticulous, time conscious, organized, detail oriented, proper and clear communication at all times and very good at managing our sub contractors, crews and clients. Not leaving out vendors and other entities directly and indirectly involvement to a project. 2

-College graduate or GED equivalent.

Caribbean Examination Council (CXC)(From Guyana)

-Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Association of Business Executives (University Of Hertfordshire-London) Includes Economics and Management

-Equivalent to an associate degree

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)

English for Commerce, Business Calculations, Business Accounting

-Computer Literate
