Nov 2021 – Dec 2022, I was a part of RTR (Record To Report) support team. During this time, I provide support by addressing issues in production. I work with Tech Team in resolving this issue and properly escalated if the issue is critical.
I also work with enhancements and long-term fixes to tickets logged by the clients. We are using the SDLC waterfall method in doing the work units and making sure that all work units should be deployed in the scheduled date to avoid SLA.
Jan 2023 – Jun 2023, I was transferred in Tech team where I also, provide support by resolving production issues, access issue, application issue, and validations. During this time, I was tasked to support level 1 tickets logged in Service Now portal, level 1 ticket tagged are all non-critical issues and can be resolve with minimum interventions such as access issues, recycle issues, and production validations.
Jul 2023 – Present, I requested to do some build work units and they transferred me to the Build/Development team. I currently owned tickets with online configurations, security request, and payment voucher build, being part of this team, I learned how to use PL/SQL, SQC, SQR, People tools, Application Designer. We also used SDLC waterfall method in building and working with the fixes.
