I know how to make templates for forming plates to make these molds to be within (.06) using a Laser tracker help guide me to determine the lay out. I have worked directly with engineering to build what they needed from prints to sketches to give me just the basic info for what they wanted me to fabricate. I've manufactured lager structures for the black hawk helicopter. Also have made molds that are used as trim fixtures for Boeing, Ambrear, Sikorsky I can use plasma cutters as well as torch cutters, grinders, drill press, lathes and all shop hand tools, overhead cranes and forklifts I also can make jigs, trim fixtures, lay outs from prints, cutting list for materials, and can estimate how long a job can take by using the prints.
