I have years of retail experience. I was employed by The Limited through college for four years and was offered a store management position after graduation. I also worked for various retail companies including The Loft, BonWitt Teller, supervising the designer department. I interned in Buffalo at a boutique privately owned called store, Mable Danahe’s. A very exclusive high end boutique. . I worked with the buyers and the store owner attending buying conventions and was fortunate to learn how to operate a privately owned store by the owner Mrs. Peachy. My most recent position was Supervisor at Off Sakes5th. Fashion and retail is and always has been my great love and passion. There is a gap in my work experience when I raised four children and helped my x husband grow and develop a multi million dollar glass company.

Land Developer- Michele 2005 LLC

Purchase 37 aches of raw land with the intent to develop a sub division, consisting of 12 developed 1 & 1/2 ache lots. Worked with environmental engineers to test soil for appropriate building/ house structure. Attended town meeting monthly to try and pass my sub division. Worked with Andy Rams guard (builder, architect) to create, draw and design 12 lots, a road, sewer systems and landscaped preservation of trees and forest while creating an up scale housing development. Presented finished drawings and final completion of the development to the Town of Onondaga after 3 years of constant daily, monthly work with in my budget. Spent a couple hundred thousand during the developmental process of my personal money. Unfortunately my project was shut down by the DEC for insufficient water drainage reservoirs. Very difficult, a tremendous learning experience. The housing development was never approved to be to be finished by the town of Onondaga.
