The program was composed of 12 delivery tracks including Billing, CRM, Network Inventory, Order Management, ESB, Provisioning, Activation and Data migration featuring Catalogue Driven Order Management utilizing Comptel InstantLink BST for Order decomposition & orchestration, IL Product Catalogue, improved customer account hierarchy in Siebel and billing, automation of Data services network activation in addition to complex data migration of all customer accounts and network elements. Services included GSM, FTTH, Landline, Wholesale and Data Services. Presented regular program updates to STC executives in Program Delivery Board and Steering committee. Participated in the architectural council meeting to resolve critical design issues

o Netcool and CIC migration into a single architecture covering the FTTH, GSM, Transmission, VAS, NGN Softswitch and SDH Microwave. The following components have been deployed Netcool Object Server, Probes, Gatways, Process Control, WebGui, Impact, ITM (TEMS, RTEMS, TEPS, TDW, TCR, PowerHA/HACMP) and TNSQM.
