Services included GSM, FTTH, Landline, Wholesale and Data Services. Presented regular program updates to STC executives in Program Delivery Board and Steering committee. Participated in the architectural council meeting to resolve critical design issues

o Netcool and CIC migration into a single architecture covering the FTTH, GSM, Transmission, VAS, NGN Softswitch and SDH Microwave.
