HARM REDUCTION SERVICES SACRAMENTO CO Feb 2015 – Current Volunteer/Creator of North Highlands Satellite location for HRS Services. I built a team of local volunteers and have educated them in helping to provide needed medical supplies, certain life saving measures and other services. I delegate responsibilities, safeguard medical supplies and record data needed to ensure funding through grants.
