Personnel Management Analytical and Critical Thinking Team Leader: Was responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale and discipline of a four man team. Responsible for the individual training and maintenance of their equipment. Served as the primary instructor and adviser in matters of tactics and junior leader development. Directed his team's tactical employment during offensive and defensive operations. Was responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all assigned equipment worth in excess of $30,000.

Bradley Gunner: Served as Gunner/Team Leader in a M2A2 ODS/ M2A3 Mechanized Infantry Platoon. Maintained accountability of up to 2.5 million dollars worth of equipment and communications platforms onboard the vehicle;. trained and mentored the Bradley driver and was responsible for his equipment and well-being. Operated the 25 MM auto- cannon and the 7.62C coax machine gun. Squad Leader: Squad Leader of a forward deployed, USAREUR based, M2A2 ODS Mechanized Infantry Platoon in Germany. Led a nine man squad in combat and peacekeeping operations. Provided technical and tactical guidance to subordinates, employed dismounted weapons, received and issued operations orders. Led and participated in numerous patrols. Responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of his Soldiers as well as the development of junior leaders. Supervised the maintenance and accountability for all equipment, worth over $150,000. Drill Sergeant: Conducted initial entry training for newly enlisted personnel. Instructed and assisted in the training of basic combat tasks to recruits. Instructed recruits in discipline, physical fitness, military bearing, personal hygiene, first aid, drill and ceremonies, basic rifle marksmanship and maintenance of assigned equipment. Provided instruction on military history, customs, courtesies and military regulations. Drill Sergeant Leader: As a Drill Sergeant Leader/ Instructor I was responsible for the training and development of Drill Sergeant Candidates. Provided mastery level training in various basic soldiers skills including physical fitness, first aid, drill and ceremonies, rifle marksmanship, customs and courtesies and military regulations. Platoon Sergeant: Served as a Platoon Sergeant in two battalions. One was an M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle Mechanized Infantry Battalion. Was responsible for the health, welfare, counseling, and training of 32 Soldiers and the professional development of 6 Non-Commissioned Officers. Supervised the maintenance and accountability of four M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, sensitive items and equipment valued in excess of 11 million dollars. As a Platoon Sergeant in a Stryker Battalion I was Platoon Sergeant for a 45 man Stryker equipped platoon consisting of three rifle squads, a weapons squad, and four Stryker vehicles. Responsible for the training and tactical employment of the platoon in full spectrum operations with a focus on urban operations, limited visibility and precision operations. Ensured the combat readiness, physical fitness, health, welfare, morale, conduct and force protection of the platoon and the well being of their families. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment valued in excess of $12 Million.

Operations Sergeant: As the Operations Sergeant in an Infantry Battalion, composed of three Infantry Companies, a Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), and a Combat Support Company (CSC) with an assigned strength of 730 Soldiers. Conducted operations and training on full spectrum operations, assisted the Operations Sergeant Major in the planning, preparation, and execution of combat training missions. Supervised and assisted the Battalion Schools, Training, and Defense Travel System NCO's. Prepared the TOC for orders, drills, briefs, and rehearsals. Received and appropriately handled and distributed Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders ( FRAGOs), and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs). Was responsible for the accountability, maintenance and readiness of equipment in excess of $1.2 million. Was responsible for the health, welfare, training and operational readiness of 10 NCO's and 15 Soldiers in the section. Performed duties as the Operations Sergeant Major in his absence.

ROTC Instructor: As an ROTC Instructor at the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, composed of two instructors per class. Instructed and mentored ROTC cadets in leadership, military tactics, marksmanship, rappelling operations and physical fitness. Developed and delivered training curriculum to prepare cadets for future military service. Received recognition for outstanding instruction and mentorship, resulting in high cadet retention and success rates. Performed the duties of the Senior Military Science Instructor in his absence.
