My roles and responsibilities were as follows:
Used the Computer program APPFOLIO to input applications and run background checks on future tenants and guests. I was responsible for processing payments and deposits as well as processing maintenance requests. I also did routine and move out inspections. I answered incoming daily calls and helped tenants with every day problems.
Feature Films for families:
11/2005 to 8/2006
Took incoming calls and processed orders for videos. I learned to run 2 computer screens at once and have 2 different conversations at once.
Focus Services
09/2004 to 10/2005
I started as an agent on the phones for the Qwest Save the sale project. I went over customers accounts and helped find products to help save $$. After 3 months, I was promoted to Coach over 2 sales teams. Worked with the teams on maintaining sales goals and giving advice on the calls. After 4 months, I was promoted to Specialist. I was over the sales floor and monitored random calls. Gave the agents feedback and trying to find one PERFECT call each month.
