Working as an APRN in this newly opened clinic since June 2022. Managing patients from 12 years and above independently. Supervising physician is Dr. Kelechi Esoga. Currently seeing 12-15 patients in a 12 hour shift and the goal is to see 18-20 patients. The Patient population is a mixture of Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid patients. Works indepenedntly in a fast paced clinic. Performing minor procedures and injections. Managing acute and chronic copnditions, ordering and interpreting labs and radiology results and prescribing appropriate treatments and referrals to specialists as indicated. This is an acute rehabilitation in North Bay Hospital and the patient population consists of critical illness myopathy from various acute illness and hospitalization, stroke, COPD, CHF, post major surgeries such as brain surgeries, open heart surgeries, orthopedic surgeries such as spine, hip and knee replacements. Patients recovering from any major illnesses who need extended acute care prior to regular rehab or SNF placement or some to discharge home are taken care in this facility. Worked independently on weekends.

Working as a clinical nurse II in Telemetry stroke unit for the past 11 years. I graduated the degree with a 3.74 GPA and passed the ANCC board certification at the first attempt.
