Working as an APRN in this newly opened clinic since June 2022. Managing patients from 12 years and above independently. Supervising physician is Dr. Kelechi Esoga. This is an acute rehabilitation in North Bay Hospital and the patient population consists of critical illness myopathy from various acute illness and hospitalization, stroke, COPD, CHF, post major surgeries such as brain surgeries, open heart surgeries, orthopedic surgeries such as spine, hip and knee replacements. Patients recovering from any major illnesses who need extended acute care prior to regular rehab or SNF placement or some to discharge home are taken care in this facility. I graduated the degree with a 3.74 GPA and passed the ANCC board certification at the first attempt.
