Cycle count coordinator • Materials Department • EATON
• Perform daily scheduled cycle counts and enter count data into Oracle
• Reconcile FCS inventory move requests with Oracle inventory move transactions
• Clear pending transactions
• Root cause analysis for cycle count misses and other inventory discrepancies
• Perform ad hoc counts requested by manufacturing and assembly
• Assist material handlers with WMS issues

• Systematically receive and process incoming materials
• Insure the accuracy of all incoming freight
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that inventory discrepancies do not interrupt the flow of material throughout our processes
• To coordinate the delivery of incoming materials to insure prompt delivery to internal customers.
• Communicate and coordinate expedited loads that arrive after normal receiving hours to insure the delivery of the materials to meet internal and external customers
• Respond to any material issues such as quality, accuracy, safety, ect

• Continuously help to provide accurate inventory control in materials dept.
• Respond to any issues that may occur that requires special attention to get task done in a safe effective manner.
• Responsible for coverage of all material position in the event of vacation, absence of other employees etc.

• Has served as back up receiving coordinator and aftermarket coordinator when conditions warranted.
