Financial Management in support of Rapid Sustainment Financial Office

Providing system research, analyzing data, tracking data from reports generated from CRIS & CCaR for all appropriations 3600, 3010, 3400, and 3020.

Provide reconciliation for all the funding in RSO/FM staff

Tracked Execution of all 62 records in CCaR. Provided support for planning phase through delivery phase and providing reports and charts to senior program management to allow them to make solid decisions.

Moved funds using Target Load Feature in CCaR, including new Accounting Classifications.

Updated all the Forecasting in all 62 records and work them daily to ensure accurate data in BMR charts ran out of CCaR.

Tracking Contracts to ensure proper posting in BQ and working with PK to make sure the correct information is in the G Section.

Correcting discrepancies in BQ postings and following new procedures to do so.

Moved one record into 5 records to be able to track at that level in CCaR per Chief Financial Officer.

Attending Meetings both FM tag-ups weekly and PMRs monthly

Support End of Month and End of Fiscal Year FM duties

Offered suggestions to have Program Managers get access to CCaR Records read only permissions so they can see their own program progress and performance.

10/9/2018 – 03/30/2020 Sr. Financial Manager for Sumaria, MQ-9B FM, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio

Financial Management in support of United Kingdom MQ-9B Protector FMS funds providing system research to analyze country’s Letter of Agreements (LOAs) and compare against 3 different systems: CRIS, CMCS, and CCaR.

Provide reconciliation and analysis to staff using FRC, MOCAS, SDW, EDA, and CCaR.

Tracked Execution of 3 Cases under UK. Provided planning phase through delivery phase and providing reports to senior program management to allow them to make solid decisions.
