• Currently Inspecting, Overhauling, Repairing, Accepting and/or Rejecting various components (Heat Exchangers, Water Condensors, Precoolers, Ozone Converters)

• Read and interpret CMMs

• Perform as receieved visual Inspections and checks on incoming parts and components IAW CMM.

• Perform as received testing and troubleshooting IAW CMM. (leakage, decay rate, drop/flow loss, proof pressure)

• Overhaul/Repair components as needed IAW CMM or other approved data.

• Accurately record findings and list approved reference data used for customer quoting.

• Clean parts IAW CMM (pressure wash, ultrasonic clean, vapor-hone/media blasting, manually clean)

• Repair ducts/headers/bent flanges/cracks, sand down weld repairs, alodine prep and alodine, prep for paint protection treatments, disassemble/assemble parts as needed, oven dry/cure as needed.
