Responsible for the daily workflow and activities of 11 employees to include supervising, training, administering evaluations, planning, organizing, monitoring, and coordinating to accomplish the workloads and to successfully meet the required deadlines.

Daily scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries for all customers via truck load or LTL that consists of about 30 trucks daily.

Responsible for the control of all inventory for the San Antonio branch totaling $11 million in over 5,000 different types of products.

Conduct daily walks throughout the warehouse floor and grounds for any safety hazards to ensure quality standards are met.

Prepare payroll every other work week using the ADP program system. Review employee punch in/out cards for any discrepancies.

Conduct monthly meetings with all employees to discuss any topics that might need attention and assist with the resolution.

Conduct quarterly company-wide meetings to discuss safety issues and concerns that have occurred in a different city/branch.
