Arizona Carpenters Union is a large temporary type of company. They train you thru there Arizona Apprenticeship Program there at the union hall, in all areas of framing, drywalling, And concrete form setting. They also train you in all of OSHA type of training, some heavy and Non-heavy equipment like: fork lifts, backhoes, ladder safety, CPR training. When I started in 1985 as an apprentice the Arizona Carpenters Local Union was numbered as 408 and in 2005 or 2006 it was renumbered as 1912. I worked for many Union Companies over that period of time, on a bunch of projects like: BankOne Ballpark, CPEG (Central Parking East Garage) the parking garage just North of the Ballpark, Phoenix International Airport (SkyHarbor) Terminal 4 Remodel for America West Airlines, Page 3
