193 23rd Street, Brooklyn: 4000sf plus full basement 3 Unit condo new construction. Performed excavation, shoring, underpinning and foundation work. $420K budget and was onsite full time from 3/30/2023 to 8/01/2023 running all phases of construction as site safety supervisor.

430 West Broadway, NY- 11/22/2022 to 2/15/2023: Site safety supervisor for a 4-story building- interior complete demolition with a budget of $160,000. Perciballi Industries was the demo contractor.

3005 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 12/03/2020 2020 to October 10, 2021

Involved in working full time in exterior phases of construction and performing site safety supervisor for, excavation, rock removal, shoring and foundation installation. The project consisted of 5000sf foundation located on the line construction for 901 Green Ave Builders LLC-GC. Project was successfully completed.

3112 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY: 6/08/2018 – 8/15/2018 Full time site safety supervisor in the construction of 2 tier retaining wall bordering on the Metro-North Railway Line. Co-ordinated with Metro-North personnel in the construction of the retaining wall. 85K budget for 901 Green Ave Builders LLC-GC.
