●Utilized SQL to extract data from 12 different related tables from customer sales databases using JOIN and VIEW

●Utilized R Studio and Machine learning to model/predict the trading behavior of customers on online trading platforms.

●compared different approaches to predict the online trading behavior starting with multiple regression analyses, then used random forest and a neural network.
