4/2019- present Development of 128 unit apartment project in Toms River N.J. $50 Million dollar development with multiple unit types and amenities over a 10 acre site.

5/2015-3/2019- Development of 250 unit apartment project in Marlboro N.J. $30 million dollar development with multiple unit types and amenities over a 22 acre Site.

1/06-5/15 building a $60 Million dollar re-development project in Carteret N.J., this project is taking one of the most challenging sections of the town and revitalizing to its former usefulness. Project build out was 9 years from demolition to final phase with Two 100 unit apartment buildings with 4.5 story precast parking garages, mid-rise construction with 400 residential units and 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space constructed as a podium building.

1/04-1/06- Project management of $16 Million dollar Town Home project in Ridgefield Park, Bergen County N.J. This 40 unit site was delivered to me still in "Brownfield" status. I completed the necessary DEP and EPA approvals and completed this site On Time and Under Budget.
