• Understanding of ISO9001/Quality Management System, such as document control. Full understanding of assembly process and procedures.
• Soldering with different wire solder, flux types and solder tips. Use of small tools such as electric screwdrivers, wire stripping tools, hand crimping tools and heat guns.
• Understanding of quality control requirements, drawings, BOMs, first articles, in-process inspections and quality soldering workmanship.
• Worked with strict IPC610 standards, ESD procedures and non-conforming procedures.
