SOFTWARE ENGINEER:

Duration : May 2007 – July 2010

Description:

Uniprise is the leading insurance company. This project is done using Exstream tool, the main task of this project about the design the letter template. Corresponding letter template are taken from the input and mapped in the customer letter layout and applied the BRD (business rules) then we created the workflow configuration using xml. During the workflow configuration we are also updated letters to FTP site. Finally we printed and mailed the end customer letters.

Workflow (HOV Services Limited):

With the developed publication we used to create an XML flow which is used to automate the full process, starting from fetching the input from source FTP/Folder till delivery of the output in desired location. We used to follow some standards to deliver the project based on the requirement. We used to sort index for corresponding input and send it through CASS for address validation, from there we will separate good and bad records based on the return code. Good records are processed further and bad records are sent back to the customer with the corresponding reject codes. We used to put inserters and the barcode for print and mail options. We also used to mention the postal service from where it has to be delivered. Whole of the process is automated in this workflow process.
