U.S. Customs Import Brokerage Lead

This leadership position requires ownership of daily operations for our customers air, ocean, and truck shipments importing into the U.S. and managing customs-related processes while providing direction, instructions, and guidance to the Brokerage team.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Review all import documentation, provided by customer’s Freight Forwarders, for necessary U.S. Customs regulation requirements to complete import clearance
Confirm customer aircraft parts receive timely and accurate clearance according to our customer’s SOP to minimize delays
Process ISF, Handcarry, and Non-Import/Non-Export shipments being exported back to the US on behalf of the customer
Manage the team Inbox for new shipments, providing correspondence and timely updates to the Customer allowing full visibility to their shipments
Perform entry filing compliance audits to confirm quality execution of use of HTS codes, PGA declarations or disclaimers, ITAR exemptions, Government Contracts usage
Manage and deliver our customer’s weekly and monthly ad-hoc, accounts receivable and performance data reports
