Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, Michigan

Developed software algorithms for Power Supply Architecture in next-generation Ford vehicles.

Understood the DaVinci vector tools and develop knowledge of the Da Vinci vector software tools within the team. This allowed to port the CAN Signal interfaces and integrate the software into Rigil hardware.

Lead designer on a VPX-3U Carrier Card, responsible for designing power, clock, reset, Intel i226 1000Base- T Ethernet and various interface circuitry on the board.

Designed Re-spin boards for both Intel and Arm-based SBC (Single Board Computers) based on VPX and VME Standards. Added additional features based on Customer requirements.

Developed and executed test plans for various SBC’s cards, such as compliance test, design verification, thermal, shock and vibration test.
