Duties:

•Monitor material stock level at the warehouse.

•Carry out monthly stock taking for each material in the stock among team members.

•Produce a monthly stock report on the status of material stock level .

•Threads inspection for tubing’s and work-strings pipe.

•Oversees movement, storage and distribution of materials, equipments and supplies required for offshore operations.

•Partake on the planning and scheduling of the maintenance workload to optimize use of resources including personnel, time, tools and equipments .

•Manages the relationship with logistics providers, negotiating contracts and rate when necessary.

•Follow up and controls materials movement to suit the required express .

•Coordinates and controls materials movement from / to offshore site or contractors bases.

•Participate in work permit pertain to corresponding work orders and that they are filled out clearly and precisely.

•Ensures that materials movements are efficiently and safely performed to satisfy the operational requirements in accordance with company rules and procedures.
