● As a behavior unit aide I worked with students who have social and emotional deficits. I worked with kindergarten through sixth graders. I assisted with de-escalation, redirection, rewarding good behaviors, progress monitoring, keeping all students and staff safe, and many other areas of instruction and duties that were needed for each individual student.
